Vitamin D Deficiency Linked to Swine Flu Deaths
Although we live in Austrlia with eternal sunshine, an amazing number of my clients are low in Vitamin D as they work indoors and wear sunscreen outside. I advise everyone to get their Vitamin D levels tested via a simple blood test with their doctor once a year.
